This course is all about birth.

Maybe you've had one, two or even three babies before and this is your first unassisted birth and you want to make sure you've got everything covered before the big day.

Well first, congratulations! We know it is a big step and for parents who already have the confidence from having previous children we know you don't necessarily need the full coaching session.

During this 4 week live course we will cover:

Setting up your birthing space

Essentials you will need for your home birth

Your birthing companion

Pain management at home

Herbs, homeopathy and alternative remedies

Emergencies & Hospital transfers

The placenta

Your newborn

At the end of this course, You will have a set up your birthing space, have a good idea of what you would like your birth to look like, how to prepare for your home birth, know what to do when baby comes and with the placenta and what consists an emergency to be fully prepared!
